Surface Tablet by Microsoft Features and Specs

The world’s largest software maker, Microsoft has officially announced the upcoming launch of its new ultra-thin, superlight tablet – Surface that comes with 10.6-inch optically bonded ClearType display. Surface tablet included magnetic keyboard connector in the bottom edge and the sides have two speakers which offers enhanced user experience and much more.

The new Surface tablet available in two versions: Windows RT and Windows Pro. Surface tablet RT version run at 1,280 x 720 pixels (720p HD) while the Pro version will boast at 1,920 x 1,080 pixels (1080p). In addition, it also equipped with dual microphones, MicroSD, one USB 2.0 port (USB 3.0 for the Surface Pro) and Micro HDMI (on the surface Pro that’s mini DisplayPort).

Surface tablet Windows RT version which measures 9.3 millimeters thick and weight 676 grams and Windows Pro version measures 13.5 millimeters thick and weight 903 grams. Unfortunately, there are no words for its release date and price yet.
